Terms & Conditions
1. Payment for Minisessions and packages under $200 are to be paid on day of the shoot. A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required within 72 hours of booking to reserve time/date.
2. For all other sessions, a $99 session fee is payable within 72 hours of booking to secure time/date. Payment for prints and digital packages are required on order.
3. Payment can be made via direct bank deposit (details on request) or in cash. For deposits, bookings will not be confirmed until payment is receipted.
4. Portraits by Annabelle reserves all moral rights to works produced from engagement of services, and will have a perpetual license to freely use the works for advertising and promotional purposes. All images, including those purchased, are copyrighted by Portraits By Annabelle.
5. Your personal information may be collected and used for the purpose of supplying the goods and services Portraits By Annabelle are engaged to do so. Furthermore, your details may be passed on to suppliers and agents in the process of supplying such goods/services.

7. Prices are fixed at the time of booking and are guaranteed for 30 days after images are made available for purchase. After this time, individually priced items such as additional photographs not included with the package at time of purchase, are subject to change without notice.
8. Clients are not permitted to take their own photographs during the photography session.
9. Clients are to give as much notice as possible for intended date/time of session and will endeavor to ensure the booked session will occur during their baby’s first 12 days after birth.
